Hi, there

My name is Yuyuan Yuan. I major in applied math and mechanical engineering. I like to write codes and putting the abstract thoery to our real life. My recent interets are distributed system, type theory, and data science.

As a software engineer, I like to refine the design of framework structure, optimize the performance in backend. And the frontend is also my interest, like this website! I will update more demo for the visualization of my recent research.

Besides, I'm an ethusiast of free software and hope that I can keep contributing to the open source community. By the way, I share my linux rice here. For anybody enjoying in ricing system, hope you like it!

Building An Autonomous Balacning Robot!

In this post, we will learn how to build an autonomous balancing robot from scratch. The context would cover the design of hardware, measurement of the physcial factors of robots, and combination of the theory and simulation. Finally, we would implement a PID controller to make the robot adjust its pose instantly while tilting.
